REPORT DEADLINES
PLEASE NOTE all reports MUST be completed within 24 to 48 hours after the date of your visit.
Any visits that cannot be completed by the deadline date MUST be confirmed to the Lodge Service Team to confirm extension or re-allocation.
BRITISH RED CROSS VISITS - IDENTIFY GIFT AID LABELS
GIFT AID ITEMS - Please note that ALL gift aid items MUST have a BARCODE & DONOR ID NUMBER. The donor ID number should appear underneath or to the side of the "Donor ID" text that appears on the label.
Please ALWAYS comment on Customer Experiences and only give negative feedback if you feel you required a bad service. NOTE: Answers must always be in sentences, not just two words. If you complete more than one visit, answers should not be repetitive for every report.
BANK CHANGES
If you update your bank details on Sassie please could you email sflavell@lodgeservice.com and add a subject title of Sassie Bank Changes in order for us to update our Payroll system?
GDPR
If you do not wish us to hold this information, please let us know and we will remove your details from our database. If you still wish us to hold your details, then there is no need for you to do anything further.
